Directing is a multi layered process that involves psychology, communication skills, acting technique and whole load of compassion.
Directing is not a one-size-fits-all approach. As a director your job is to listen and to read people. You must figure out what they need to make their own creative choices and be creatively brave.
Your ego doesn't belong in the rehearsal space and your vision is much stronger if it is influenced by the actors you work with.
If you know your stuff, being honest, admitting fault and collaborating is never a threat.
Come and train to direct actors in a way that builds them up, as well as yourself.
